Shopping and Payment Options

Placing an order on’s website is easy, fast and reliable. If you are buying for the first time in the website, you must register so we can process your data. Opening a customer account is a fast and secure process that allows you to have access and manage all your information, autonomously and reliably.

Make a purchase

After choosing a product, just click on it to get more information. If you decide to buy it, simply add it to the shopping cart and you can continue to buy and add more products. After choosing all the products you want to buy, simply enter the shopping cart to complete your order. Here you can review your order, add products, change your choice and if you have a discount code, this is where you should insert it, before moving on.
If you are not logged in, you must login or register for the first time, so your data can be used to process your order. You must also confirm the amount of shipping costs and order values before proceeding.

Delivery Address

Surprise a friend by offering him a product he will never forget. Yes, it’s possible to have a different delivery address than yours, so you can offer someone very special a unique gift. In the shopping cart you can validate and confirm the delivery address if this is different from the billing address.


The prices of our products are always indicated with VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal which applies for sales within the EU – European Union. For orders outside the EU, the value of VAT is withdrawn, as well as for B2B – sales to companies – outside Portugal.

Complete an order / Checkout

In order to complete your order, you must proceed by clicking on complete/checkout to go to the page with payment details, where you can select the one which is most convenient for you.

Payment Options

You can choose one of the following payment options:
PAYPAL – In the Paypal payment portal through your account or by Credit Card.
Credit card – VISA / Mastercard – Through the EASYPAY secure payment platform
Debit card – Visa Electron / Maestro – if the card has cvv2 (4 digits)
American Express – Through the EASYPAY secure payment portal
ATM – Through the EASYPAY secure payment portal, the details to make the payment will be sent to you.
Bank Transfer – You can make your payment by bank transfer to the IBAN indicated on the payment page. Please identify your order in this transaction so we can easily connect the payment to the order.

Complete the Order

After completing your payment, you will receive an email with the confirmation and details of your order. You will also receive an e-mail, after the shipment of the product, containing all the details so you can follow your shipment all the time. You can also validate all the steps related to your order through your customer account.


The customer may submit a complaint within a maximum period of 30 days after the order shipment. After this period of time, the Samadhi-Tea team is not responsible for any complaints.
