Oolong Tea, originally from China, is produced from the partial fermentation of the leaves and buds of Camellia sinensis, which allows a wide variety of properties and benefits to be kept and preserved. Standing between green tea (less oxidized) and black tea (more oxidized), it presents a smooth taste and a refreshing aroma, as well as digestive properties that make this tea suitable to enjoy after meals.
About the Infusion:

1. Place 4 to 5 teaspoons per litre of water in a glass or porcelain pot.
2. Pour 1 litre of boiling water over it.
3. Keep the infusion for the recommended time.
4. Strain and drink hot or cold.
