Originally from the Chinese province of Zhejiang, Gunpowder with Mint Green Tea is one of the most special teas. The name “gunpowder” is due to its green tea leaves, which when rolled up like small balls, resemble pieces of powder.
In addition to being rich in antioxidants, the leaves, by presenting themselves in this way, allow their natural aromas and properties to be preserved.
Its mild, fresh but slightly bitter and spicy aroma given by the presence of mint makes this tea a very refreshing drink.

1. Place 3 to 4 teaspoons per litre of water in a glass or porcelain pot.
2. Pour 1 litre of boiling water over it.
3. Keep the infusion for the recommended time.
4. Strain and drink hot or cold.
